A free 30-minute video consultation with me is required before scheduling an initial individual psychotherapy appointment or joining the psychotherapy group.

During the consultation, I will conduct a brief diagnostic assessment. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about my professional background and expertise.

• the city and state in which you reside
• the person/people who died
• the month and year of their death(s)
• your relationship to them (e.g., spouse, sibling, best friend) and
• your interest in individual or group psychotherapy, or both.
